Samsung Launches Family Care Feature to Help Monitor the Health of Loved Ones RemotelySamsung has introduced a Family Care to help users monitor the health condition of their loved ones remotely using smart devices. Announced in South Korea back in June and became available in the US since mid-August, the service is integrated into Samsung’s SmartThings platform and can also be accessed on Galaxy smartphones. Jaeyeon Jung, Executive Vice President and Head of SmartThings at Samsung Electronics, stated in the announcement that the consumer electronics giant developed the Family Care feature to address the common challenges families face in their caregiving responsibilities.
