A Double Nozzle Filling machine is a piece of equipment used to fill liquids like wine, syrups, oils, etc in containers of any size. This twin head nozzle filling machine works on the volumetric principle and is semi-automatic.

Working Principle

The semi-automatic double nozzle filling machine fills the liquid due to gravity and the liquid in the container gets filled because of its own weight.

The machines working on the volumetric principle are pre-set to the desired volume, which can be increased or decreased according to your needs. The machine comes with two syringes on either side. When the motor sets off the syringes/nozzles, fill the containers to the set volume.

The advantage of the machines that work on the volumetric principle is that the machine fills all the containers with the same volume automatically. Although, if you are using containers of different volumes then the amount filled might look inconsistent.
