Liquid Filling Machine
A Liquid Filling Machine is used to fill bottles and containers with liquids, mainly in the pharmaceutical and food industries. These machines move bottles along a conveyor belt and fill them with liquid using special nozzles. There are different types of these machines: manual (hand-operated), semi-automatic (partly machine-operated), and fully automatic (entirely machine-operated).
Working
• Pour liquid into machine's tank (check fill line).
• Place empty bottle under filling nozzle.
• Press handle/pedal to start filling.
• Release when full, bottle is ready.
• Remove bottle, repeat with next one.
