Habitat Health Raises $50M to Expand At-home Care for Seniors in Underserved AreasHabitat Health, a healthcare organization offering fully integrated payer and healthcare services to seniors, has secured $50 million to increase access points for high-standard care in underserved communities. Founded in 2023 by Matthew Bennett, with the support of Town Hall Ventures and Kaiser Permanente, the organization empowers seniors on Medicaid or Medicare to remain independent in their homes and communities through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (“PACE”).
