ETSI Health Gets $198,600 from Gilead for HIV Efforts in VAETSI Health Clinic is proud to have received a new two-year $198,600 grant from Gilead Sciences for its Virginia Trans Health Initiative. The project aims at the elimination of HIV in Virginia and will apply for a grant to assist in improving the neighborhood.
The Virginia Trans Health Initiative will help in preventing HIV, in particular through using essential services that are meant for the transgender community. This funding shall be instrumental in supporting the Health Clinic of ETSI to follow on with their work and perhaps inch closer to the quest of ridding the state of HIV.
