Electric Actuated Gate valve manufacturer in Germany
Electric Actuated Gate valve manufacturer in GermanyValvesonly Europe is the leading Electric Actuated Gate valve manufacturer in Germany. Electric actuated gate valve is a valve operated by electric actuator to open and close the valve allowing fluids to stop or flow, they are used in the application where full remote operation and precise flow control is needed.
How does an Electric actuated gate valve work?
Electric actuated gate valve is operated by an electric actuator which controls the movement of the gate allowing opening and closing of the valve. When the actuator receive signal from the control system to open the valve, the actuator rotate the stem which move gate in upward direction allow fluids to flow through the valve and when to close the valve actuator moves the steam in opposite direction which lowered the gate and pressed it tightly against the valve seat which stop the flow and prevent leakage. The electric actuator offers accurate positioning of the gate to control the fluid flow, providing effective functioning in a range of applications, including water treatment and chemical processing.
Advantage:
- The valve provide full remote operation in the application which enhances the operational efficiency and provide safety
- Provide precise control over fluid flow which makes them suitable for both on/off and throttling applications.
- They provide excellent sealing capacity which prevent from leakage
- Provide quick response time
- They need low maintenance
- Used in a wide range of industrial processes.
Application:
- They are used in water treatment plants to control the movement of both processed and unprocessed water
- Widely used in chemical industry they regulate and effectively handle the flow of corrosive media
- Used in the oil industry to control the flow of crude oil, natural gas, and refined products.
- In power plants Electric Actuated Gate valve control the flow and pressure in steam and cooling water systems
- They effectively handle and control the flow of slurries, water, and chemicals involved in different mining activities.
- In pulp and paper industry they control the flow of water and chemicals during manufacturing
- In the HVAC system they manage the movement of cold or hot water and steam
